It's Finally Happening!

A few weeks ago Chris was told that he would be starting Aeromed on Thursday the 25th. Starting Aeromed is basically the beginning of flight school. Does anyone know how long we have waited for this day to come???? Chris wrote on his facebook that he was so excited and he just can't hide it...so many people were asking me what he was talking about. Of course I was sworn to secrecy and couldn't tell anyone. Well now he has started almost 2 years after he left for WOCS. It is crazy that we had to hurry up and get here to wait around for last Thursday to get here. He has done other productive things such as getting drowned and learning how to get out of a helicopter underwater, SEER school...that is all I can think of. It has been really great spending so much time with him and still getting paid for it all. I can't even fathom what these next (maybe) 2 years are going to be like. Wondering if I will get to spend time with him, if he is safe in the helicopter, how I am going to handle the girls all by myself. I am sure there are going to be some bumpy roads ahead. But we are ready to take on any challenge as long as we have God!

These are some pics of Kylea dominating the soccer field! She loves to play soccer and it definatly is an energy releaser for her. She is a natural, quite leader on the field and most of the time everyone is chasing her to get the ball. There are 2 other boys on her team that score along with her. The kids are so cute out there!

The other day I was online doing a search about Miley Cyrus. I know this sounds wierd, but I do have my reasons. My girls really like to watch Hannah Montana and listen to her music. I know there have been rumors flying about all the pics and what not Miley has been taking lately. I wanted to check it out for myself and find out what all is real. While I was on the computer Britlyn comes in and see Miley and wants to know if I can make her hair look like Miley's. Every one knows that I am not the girliest girl, but I can atleast try sometimes. So here are the results of the "Miley Cyrus" hair. I think that Britlyn is even more beautiful than Miley and Miley has nothing on my girl...tell me what you think...

Another Fun Weekend at the Beach!

Our friends the Berreth's were on vacation and they invited us to come spend some time with them. We were blessed by their hospitality in the condo they rented. The kids, mine and theirs had a great time together. They made sand castles, played on the boogie board, played in the ocean, swam in the pool and loved the hot tub. We barried Ty and turned him into a starfish and Jadeyn into an octopus. I had a great time seeing old friends from home! I hope to do it again next year! Sweet Time With Our Friends

Yesterday our friends came over to eat and have an all around good time. We(Chris) grilled Bam Burgers and hot dogs. The burgers are the best anyone has ever had and that is how I bribbed them to come over to our house. After dinner the guys, Chris, Rocky and Cory played WII football. The girls, Lindsey x 2 and me went outside to watch the kids. The kids jumped on the trampoline, played in the water hose, played on the swing set and all over the back yard. We had a good time being blessed by our friends. Let's do it again next week...but not at my house!

Soccer Mom

I am offically a soccer mom! Last year I coached so I wasn't really able to say that. I now have two playing soccer, so I am much busier. It is excting to watch them play. Kylea and Britlyn are both really good athletes. This is Kylea's first year to play, but she has picked it up really quickly. She is on the verge of scoring a goal any game now staying right with the ball. Britlyn scored the first goal in the first game. She has also played goalie and stopped all the balls while she was in the goalie box. Jadeyn is on the sidelines playing her own pick up games with anyone who will play with her. Jadeyn leaves the games just as sweaty and tired as her sisters.
Now all I need is a shirt and a magnet for my car that says SOCCER MOM!
