Soccer Stars

The girls started soccer on Wednesday this week. Although Jadeyn is to small to play she still gets all the gear on and goes out to the field with her soccer ball in hand. When she gets there she finds someone to kick the ball around with to"practice," she says. Wednesday Kylea and Britlyn were both excited to get out there and play. When they got home from school they immediatly got dressed, it didn't matter that practice wasn't for 2 hours. They both had a great time at practice and listened and followed instructions well.
Thursday Kylea had another practice because Monday's was cancelled due to bad weather. She was excited to get there until...well I am not sure where the breaking point was, but there was one. She didn't want me to do her hair, she didn't want to ride in the booster seat, she didn't want to play soccer because Britlyn didn't have practice....oh was it a mess. This was all coming out of her screaming at the top of her lungs(maybe not it just felt like it). Well we went anyways because our goal was for her to sit there and watch her friends until she got bored and wanted to play. It worked yeah for us. She did not last 2 minutes before she wanted to get her shinguards and cleats on and go play. She ended up being the only girl out there because the other girl quit.
All in all soccer is turning out to be loads of fun for everyone! I will post some pics I took with my phone.
